Accessibility

This website has been designed to be as accessible as possible to all of its visitors, including those with visual, hearing, motor or cognitive impairments. The World Wide Web can and should be accessible by everyone, and people with disabilities or those belonging to the aging population, should not be excluded.

We have followed the accepted Web Standards when designing the website of Zefxis. Our code is valid XHTML 1.0 Strict and the website layout is governed by CSS 2.1 files.

Apart from being accessible, our website loads fast and offers all of those advantages given by the use of Web Standards.

Our HTML code follows a Semantic Markup structure, where we strictly describe the content, rather than the way the content is presented. This is very useful, since it allows for the meaning to be transferred to the viewers, regardless of the browser or access device, that they use. Through this way, the content is accessible and understandable by the widest possible audience.

The task of separating the content from the presentation has a wide number of benefits. Firstly, the web page becomes smaller and is much easier to update. Secondly, it becomes very friendly to search engines and greatly aids with Search Engine Optimization strategies. Thirdly, the crisp separation of content and design makes the job of content editors and designers a lot easier. Last, but not least, it is accessible by all.

Proper use of the Web Standards and adherence to accessibility guidelines are two areas that we are very passionate about.  Learn more about our Website Design & Development Services.
