REMAX Central Website Design

REMAX Central is the largest Greek agency belonging to the REMAX real estate franchise, and the first in property sales in the country.  REMAX Central trusted Zefxis with the design and development of their online presence.

The REMAX multinational company follows a common corporate identity throughout all of their agents, sharing colours, slogans and overall branding. As a result, we were fully committed to this requirement, while at the same time driven to design a high-quality product which would place the REMAX Central branch beyond the competition. We delivered a fully-manageable website to the staff at REMAX, who in turn quickly updated their website with an excess of 500 properties.

Especially for this particular project we enhanced our in-house Content Management System (Genesis CMS) with custom modules. These modules fully encompass the needs of a modern estate agency, offering much more than simple web page updates. 

In combination with a functional design, the website became more usable for both REMAX staff and prospective visitors. Some of the neat stuff that can be done through the site include: property updates with all possible information (i.e. photographs, description, floor, age of structure);  assignment of an overseeing agent to  a property; quick and advanced search options based on a variety of criteria (i.e. property size, location, price); various listing and sorting options of available properties.

Lastly, concurrently with the design of the website, we have carried out  a Search Engine Optimization strategy, which brought REMAX Central between the first ranked results for many related keywords.
