The Clockwork Man Website Design

Follow Miranda and Sprocket, her little robot helper, in Total Eclipse's new game, The Clockwork Man. A breathtaking Hidden-Object/Adventure game where the player is immersed in a wondrous environment, solves riddles, and discovers the secret behind the world’s greatest invention.

The Clockwork Man, is the first Hidden Object game developed by Total Eclipse and has a wide number of novel features, such as Zoomable and Scrolling scenes, never before seen in similar games.  It is also embellished with a rich and deep story unfolding during Victorian times in a Steampunk universe.

Zefxis designed and developed The Clockwork Man website in order to advertise and promote the game. The game website directly links to the Total Eclipse main website where a visitor can purchase, or try the game for free by downloading one of the 8-language versions.

The Clockwork Man is a game that is very rich in ambience and visuals.  When designing its website, we wanted to transfer the game’s feel and atmosphere, in terms of graphics, gameplay and innovative features. The outstanding work created by our game artists gave us a strong foothold to implement something really impressive.

At The Clockwork Man website, the visitor can retrieve a wealth of information about the game, download screenshots and environment stills, learn about the protagonists and discover the detailed work that has gone behind the game’s exquisite artistic creations.

The site was based on our in-house Content Management System (Genesis CMS) and was extremely well received by the online casual gaming community which kindly sent us warm and congratulating comments. We also managed to achieve top positions in Search Engine results, making the website surpass even the biggest international game portals and aiding with the sales and dissemination of the game.
